  • A web meeting helper tool would allow:
  • People to register interest in upcoming events
  • Event manager to make events
  • During a presentation, participants get a UI displaying ‘assets’, which could include files that the presenter makes available, a list of links available, a Q&A manager, a chat system, and a presenter Polling System that allows attendees to vote on Presenter created questions
  • Possibly a summary email that can go out after to all attendees with links, Q&A or chats as text attachments, and poll results.
